Welcome to Jade Communications. We are an Applied Human Communication resource centre that works with individuals and organisations to help them understand communication theory, principles, and techniques, and how to apply them correctly in their environments to achieve their goals and objectives.

Our story

Since 2004, we have worked with individuals, teams, and organisations through tailored training, coaching, and consultancy services to help them communicate more effectively – whether in professional, public, or personal settings.

 We believe that communication is more than just a skill – it’s a strategic tool for influence, connection, and success. That’s why we focus on Applied Human Communication (AHC), which integrates theory and practice, leveraging scholarly knowledge and research insights to address real-world communication challenges and achieve tangible outcomes across individual, interpersonal, group, organisational, and societal settings.

This covers a wide range of fields, including the specialities of Persuasion, Cognition, Cross-Cultural, Interpersonal, Group Dynamics, Artificial Intelligence, Non-Verbal, Negotiation, Speech, Sign Language, Health, Internal Organisation, Legal, Leadership, and digital communication.

Accreditation and Partnerships

The National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI)

Jade Communications Company Limited, has been licensed by the National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI), to conduct research in all 47 counties in Kenya, on the topic Applied Human Communication Research as per the provision of the Science, Technology and Innovation Act, 2013 (Rev.2014).

CPD Certification

Jade is a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training company. We are currently pursuing partnerships with various professional organisations in the region to ensure that all learners on CPD schemes can earn CPD points for attending our Programmes.

Centre for Non-Verbal Communication

The Centre for Nonverbal Communication ( CNVC) is a specialised educational centre focused on one of humans' most powerful forms of communication. Recognising and interpreting nonverbal cues with others is a proven way to experience greater success in business and everyday life. Our partnership with the Centre for Non-Verbal Communication has led to the development of the Non-Verbal Communication - Threat Detection Masterclass, targeting the African Continent.

International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)

We subscribe to the International Association of Business Communicators that requires its members to agree to the IABC Code of Ethics. This code serves as a guide to making consistent, responsible, ethical and legal choices in all of our communications. Learn more.

Continuous Learning & Discounts

Jade Communications promotes continuous improvement through practice and follow-up sessions. Private coaching sessions are available in two-hour increments, and corporate follow-ups can be customised for half-day sessions.

The "Continuous Learning Discount" offers up to 30% off future Open Programmes:

  • 20% discount for the second program

  • 25% for the third program

  • 30% for subsequent programmes

This discount applies to consecutive Open Programmes and is non-transferable. Substitutes are charged full price unless eligible for a discount.

Jade Communications supports Corporate Social Participation by promoting responsible business practices and community engagement, and pro-poor corporate sector participation. Through our Jade Corporate Social Participation Program, clients nominate and vote for projects/organisations, which are evaluated based on their impact on sustainable development indices - Economic, Social, and Environmental.
